Good one, Rachel. You're getting the hang of what Jane Reichold describes as the fragment and phrase format of modern haiku. It's important that the fragment and phrase correlate, which you've done nicely here. Also, I'm glad to see you've overcome the 5-7-5 stricture that many of us struggled to forego. Ultimately, your haiku are better for it. :-)
